ABCP is currently registered as a private company limited by guarantee with Companies House under the legal name of “Association of British Chinese Professors” since October 2025 (and previously “Association of British Chinese Professors Limited”) and the company number 11390508.
The current Articles of Association of ABCP as registered with Companies House can be downloaded from here (PDF file, 261 KB). A major update of the Articles of Association has been filed to Companies House in October 2025 together with the company name change, and once it is updated on the Companies House website the link will be updated.
