Other information for the ABCP2024 Annual Conference

Reception

  • Brookfield reception is located in Brookfield House and is open 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Accessibility

  • There are a number of disabled parking spaces at Brookfield located directly to the left as you drive through the barrier.
  • Brookfield is an accessible campus with a number of accessible entrances into the buildings. Disabled toilets are located throughout the buildings and are clearly signposted.

Catering

  • We have scheduled multiple breaks where we will be providing refreshments, along with a hot meal lunch on the day. If you have a dietary requirements or allergies, please get in touch with ulsb.events@le.ac.uk.
  • If you did wish to purchase any additional items on the day, the Hub Café will be open from 9:00am – 2:30pm and only accepts card payments.
  • There are water dispensers throughout the campus, we encourage you to bring a reusable bottle.

First Aid

  • There are a number of first aiders located at Brookfield. Please notify the reception team if first aid is required.

Fire procedure

  • Fire alarms are tested at 8:30am every Friday. Outside of this time please evacuate immediately via the nearest safe exit. There are a number of fire wardens located at Brookfield. The assembly point is at the rear of Brookfield next to the pond. Please do not re-enter the buildings until you have been advised to do so by a fire warden.
