Invitation to the ABCP Mentoring Scheme
We are pleased to launch the first round of Mentoring Schemes open to all ABCP Full and Associate Members.
The mentoring experience will be mutually rewarding, allowing colleagues to share knowledge and skills with others.
Both mentors and mentees will be supported in the scheme allowing them to get the most out of the experience.
The Mentoring Scheme cycles every six months. Each mentoring pairing will agree on the frequency of meetings and time spent, but we typically recommend three meetings over six months as a guide.
Applications to be a mentor or mentee can be made any time, with matching taking place twice a year in February and August.
