DESCRIPTION:This event is organised by the EDI Working Group of ABCP as part of its “每月一谈” (“Monthly Topical Discussion”) series. \nPanellists\n\nProfessor Zhibing Zhang FREng (张志军教授)\, Professor of Chemical Engineering & Co-Director of the China Institute\, University of Birmingham\nProfessor Hua Dong (董华教授)\, Professor and Head of School\, Brunel Design School\, Brunel University\n\nFacilitator:\n\nProfessor Huabing Yin (尹华兵教授)\, School of Engineering\, University of Glasgow\, UK & VP for EDI and Chair of EDI Working Group\, ABCP\n\nLanguage\nThe panel discussion will be made in Chinese. \nAbstract\nThis panel discussion will see two senior Chinese academics sharing their experiences in creating and leveraging opportunities in career development\, which will be particularly useful for helping ECRs (early career researchers) and non-professorial academics. The panellists will also answer questions from the participants.
