In this event\, we will invite four young panel members\, who have recently received recognition for their excellent research performance\, to share their experiences and collections in building their networks and T&R capacities with the public on the aspects such as educator\, mentorship\, leadership\, management\, collaboration\, researcher\, publisher\, grant applicant\, and broadcaster. \nThis special ABCP panel discussion is organised by the ABCP EDI to provide a platform for the panel-lists and the participants to have a timely discussion on the pathway to establish their networks and capacities in different disciplines. The discussion to be held is casual\, and will be prompted by a number of questions on education\, research and administration. \nThis panel discussion is a member-only event\, and the information on how to participate will be circulated via the ABCP mailing list for all the members. ABCP members are also encouraged to share the event with their PhD students and researchers who can understand Chinese to join.
